President and CEO of ADA Bernard has been hands-on in leading, managing, developing, building and growing Mukoma Investments Ltd, a Logistics, Minerals Trading and Consulting company, both as an owner and as a professional executive. Seasoned senior executive in the natural resources sectors, Bernard has over 14 years’ experience working with the United Nations, World Bank and African Union in Financial, Operational, and Logistics& Supply Chain management.

Jackie Mapango

With more than 15 years’ experience in Project , HR and Administration management in the private and public sectors Jackie field experience working with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), one of the largest environmental and non-profit organization in the world and also USAID. Jackie provides strategic, business savvy insight regarding ADA’s commitment and culture. In addition, she is passionate about providing leadership development opportunities and partners closely with organization to ensure focus remains high when creating a bench of future leaders and entrepreneurs in Africa.

Dr. Leonard Mutuza

Co-Founding Partner/EVP

Dr. Leonard is a medical doctor and held various positions in Health organizations for project related to fight against HIV/AIDS and fight for gender equality, humans right and children protection. A leader in community mobilization and education, he sits and serves on several boards for international non-profit organizations. Dr. Leonard is also experienced in management of Logistic and Supply chain for Global Cargo Transport SARL for countries like D.R. Congo, Zambia and South Africa.

Paul Mponzi

Co-Founding Partner/EVP

Paul has nearly 20 years of experience in Data mining, SQL Server Reporting Services (SRSS), ETL and Data Transformation (SSIS), Database maintenance and Data Warehousing. He is the founding member and leader of TCE Global Inc; a world-class Business IT and Consulting Services that provides IT solutions to small, growing and well established enterprises in Africa and in America. He is an experienced Business Intelligence Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the Software Development and Managed Services industry.

Mike Longo

Mike is a seasoned finance and audit professional with more than 10 years of strategic planning & forecast, risk management, compliance and internal controls experience in the private sectors, and Fortune 500 organizations. He has worked with the likes of Charles Schwab and KPMG, and has also extensive international management and consultation experience in Africa, America, Asia, and in Europe from finance, operation and project management to restructuring, and change management. Mike’s career focuses on consistently promote and apply professional ethics, and maintain expertise of the business environment, industry practices, and specific organizational factors.

Dr Stacy Hope

Advisor

Dr Stacy Hope, (PhD) is a Social Anthropologist who has translated her expertise into areas around Social Development, Economic Empowerment, Extractives, Climate Change, and Renewable Energy. She has consulted for and advised governments, the private sector, nonprofits and multilateral agencies and banks (such as the World Bank, and the United Nations). Stacy is currently the Lead for Latin America and the Caribbean and SubSaharan Africa for Women in Mining UK’s Global Outreach Committee, where she brings her knowledge of issues and stakeholder engagement surrounding artisanal and small-scale miners to the forefront. She will be providing ADA with the strategic framework through which its projects will be realised.

Myriam Ait Malk

Myriam Ait Malk has good experience in developing, implementing and managing all Internal and External communications, programmes and initiatives aligning with the global communications strategy to assure highimpact in internal intitiatives. Myriam brings her expertise to the design, communication and media of ADA while assisting in the development of our Brand.

COMMUNITY MOBILISATION

Mireille began her career as an auditor and moved into administration where she brings a healthy background in coordinating, developing and supervising multiple projects. Efficient in administrative follow-up and logistics management she is a focused and a resultoriented person.

Mabinty Diaby

ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY AFFAIRS

Driven and determine Mabintyhas over 10 years of experience in the public sector working for environmental sustainability. With the ability to carry out technical studies and conduct surveys in the field, raising awareness through information campaigns, Mabintyhas a strong willingness of making a change by bringing her skills and knowledge to the development of the organization.

Energetic, dedicated with a team spirit, Valerie has years of experience in public relations managing the logistics and administrative duties in the public sector. With proven skills and knowledge, Valerie has organizational capacities bringing projects together from different areas aiming the same goal.

Facilitating women and youth to recover independence, social and/or professional integration Nina is committed to their well-being. For over 15 year she has proven herself of being capable of accompanying women and youth in their daily life, developing and strengthening ties and solidarity, conducting many actions to access rights and prevent social hardship.

Achille Mutombo

General & Legal Affairs

Achille Mutombo has held multiple duties as consultant with: the US embassy in Kinshasa (Mid 2013 and early 2014), Save the Children International (Mid 2014 and Mid 2015), UNDP (late 2014 to early 2015). Currently, since late 2015, Achille has been working as the Legal Counsel and Company Secretary for the Democratic Republic of Congo’s subsidiary of a major American based international financial institution operating in 20 countries around the world. Achille oversees the general and legal affairs of ADA.

Michel Giannini

Expert & Counselor

Michel was born, raised and educated in the Katanga province of DRC.

He offers 35 years of international career in tecnical operations, procurement-contracting and change management activities in the natural resources sectors of the industry and their transformation. He has worked in Africa.

Michel was lately involved in agro-industrial projects in Angola and Morocco.

Michel is a strategist advocating diversity and inclusion. He is  a pragmatic  and emphatic leader with a good sense of humor. He places the well- being of the family cell at the heart of any development.

Michel reamins eager  to help people and collectivities grow through collaboration, continuous education and improvement. He is found of seing  Africa emerging socially and economically whilst regaining sovereignty over its destiny; particularly at the village, city or province levels.
