To inform, mobilise and fortify African capabilities to ensure economic and social success, whilst considering the local context, and to challenge those barriers that work against this objective.
To provide capacity building and opportunities to build women’s access to resources through entrepreneurship. This aim will be to produce sustainable and resilient local businesses, led by women.
To establish an environment in which to grow young persons’ entrepreneurship capabilities, and preparing them as future business leaders
To develop considered and impactful partnerships between national stakeholders, Regional and International Economic entities–such as the African Union Commission, the United Nations System, the European Union, and Private Partners–to drive sustainable development throughout the region.
Our target initiatives will be aligned with the United Nations’ SDG 2030 Agenda, both directly and indirectly. We envision our activities to address the following SDGs:
Improving food security needs and macro-deficiencies of communities in which we work through the production of high value produce and food byproducts.
Education and skills around sustainable agricultural practices, small-business development to address institutional voids, innovation, the use of ICT, and financial literacy.
Mobilisation of women-owned businesses that are resilient to economic, health, climate shocks. Communities that champion women through strong business case
Increased access to employment opportunities and capacity building opportunities for young entrepreneurs through sponsorship, mentorship and education programmes.
